As the world has grown smaller, the impact of our choices matter more than ever. As global citizens, we explore the power of each thought, word and deed to contribute to the healing of hearts and minds, globally and personally, ultimately awakening our potential for true peace.

Drawing on 15 years of study as a Buddhist nun in the Tibetan tradition along with the direct experiences of modern life Sherab Khandro shares practices that facilitate the journey from our heads to our hearts, a moment by moment practice.

Thank you to Karen and Susan, of Stellar Productions for producing the event and inviting my art & I to participate. A piece will be raffled off during the weekend.

Will I see you at Sedona's International Film Festival February 18th-26th, 2012? A great line up of thought provoking films and inspiring talent, would love to share some conversation.

I will be your host for 7 films throughout the festival, possibly an 8th on closing night. Catch me in the evenings, screenings at Harkins, the new Mary D Fisher Theater and the Performing Arts Center (SPAC).
