My first shout goes out to the participants of Self Discovery Through Art at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, a fantastic group of people, open hearts, open minds. Thank you for all you shared, your gifts are many.  And to the folks at Omega for providing inspiring programs in a bucolic setting, superb hosts to both guests and faculty. Thank you.

And to the ladies of Woman Arising, participants, speakers and hosts, a sisterhood is forming, we are everywhere, committed to opening our hearts, seeing the beauty in ourselves and in each other, empowering our lives through collaboration and the building of community, a celebration of the strength and beauty within each of us.

A special thank you to Sarah McLean of Sedona Meditation Training Co for inviting my attendance as a featured artist at the first annual Woman Arising at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona. Congratulations Sarah on your recent book contract with Hay House, may you touch the hearts of many with all that you do.
